Opened in 2026, this is her first signature restaurant, located in Terminal A (near Gate A8) at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The location makes it easy to reach whether you just landed, or you’re heading to catch your next flight.
Every part of the restaurant celebrates Simone’s incredible gymnastics journey. The most decorated American gymnast in history with a record 11 Olympic medals, her energy and shine are reflected in the custom gold accents throughout the space. Make sure to check out the beautiful 3D artwork made by Texas designer Jody Dodson. These hand-crafted and painted wood pieces include rich gold details that capture the look and power of Simone in action.
The menu is made for travelers who want fresh and tasty food even when time is tight. You can choose from a variety of sandwiches, crisp salads, and shareables. The star item is Simone’s personal favorite, the Simone Skewers. They come grilled fresh with chicken, steak, shrimp, or vegetable options. Finish strong with one of the tempting desserts. Simone Biles/Taste of Gold serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
